We are currently looking for an experienced Forklift Driver for our company, Hyland Shipping Agencies Ltd., based in Finglas, Northern Cross Business Park, Dublin 11. This is a full-time role with an immediate start.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Loading and unloading of both 40ft and rigid trucks
* Carrying out forklift safety checks, reporting of any hazards
* Ensure all deliveries are checked in accurately and that no sub-standard or incorrect goods are received into the warehouse
* Ensure that Goods Receiving and Dispatching procedures are followed at all time
* Protect and handle all stock to a high standard.
* Ensure Company Health and Safety standards of performance are followed at all times
* Understand your department's action plans and support the goals and targets set out by your manager
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
* Counterbalance licence
* Strong warehouse management systems experience
* Willingness to do manual work in the warehouse as required;
* Reliable and punctual;
* Health and safety conscious.
