Job Title: Lead Instrumentation Specialist

The Lead Instrumentation Specialist will play a key part in the Pharmaceutical sector, supporting major projects by leading and managing teams of engineers. The main goal of this position is to ensure consistent high-quality deliverables are achieved on time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Directly supervise and delegate tasks to team members, fostering an environment of growth and development.
* Develop and implement workflow processes to achieve project goals and objectives.
* Regularly interact with clients, project managers, and discipline leaders to define project scope, cost, complexity, and planning requirements.
* Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring delivery within set parameters.
* Prepare detailed design documents and construction packages for I&C contractors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 10 years of experience in instrumentation and control engineering, preferably in the Pharmaceutical sector.
* Relevant bachelor's degree in instrumentation and control engineering or a related field.
* Strong technical knowledge, including instrumentation specification, network design, panel design, and construction packs.
* Ability to generate URS/SOWs and develop specifications.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
