Our client works across various sectors, including residential, healthcare, workplace, education, interiors, and urban design. As they continue to grow, they're looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their team in Sligo.
Key Responsibilities
1. Produce technically robust architectural deliverables (drawings, specifications, schedules) using Revit.
2. Coordinate layouts and develop full tender and construction documentation for medium to large-scale projects.
3. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality outputs.
4. Contribute to cost management and ensure technical decisions align with project budgets.
5. Attend site visits and provide construction and technical support.
6. Ensure all work complies with company QA procedures and industry standards.
7. Identify opportunities to optimise design, improve efficiencies and enhance profitability.
Required Skills & Experience
1. 5+ years' experience in architectural technology with a focus on large-scale project delivery.
2. Highly proficient in Revit (essential), with experience in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
3. Skilled in NBS Chorus specification writing.
4. Strong understanding of BIM processes, Irish Building Codes, and Planning Regulations.
5. Demonstrated experience in producing detailed designs and full technical documentation.
6. Experience working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
7. Full eligibility to work in Ireland and a full driving licence.
