Role Introduction:

We are expanding rapidly and seeking a Food Operations Manager to provide operational support, training, and coaching within the Food team, reporting to the Lead Food Operations Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, personable individual with a hands-on approach. The role oversees multiple food brands nationwide, requiring travel to support these brands.

Key Responsibilities:
As Applegreen grows, responsibilities will evolve. Core duties include:
1. Ensure comprehensive brand training.
2. Understand and adhere to brand policies.
3. Monitor financial results and coach teams to improve performance.
4. Review and develop training tools and materials.
5. Organise training plans for new food managers.
6. Conduct shift observations and coaching.
7. Prepare post-visit reports and communicate with Regional Managers.
8. Prioritise visits to underperforming stores.
9. Provide training compliance updates.
10. Support training for new store openings.
11. Deliver brand training workshops and courses.
12. Develop content for communication channels.
13. Assist in creating SOPs.
14. Be the main contact for managers regarding brands.
Education, Qualifications & Experience:
* Leaving Cert or equivalent
* Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Business Management (preferred)
* Food Safety/HACCP Certification
* Health & Safety Training
* Minimum 2 years in a multi-branded food environment
* Operational experience in service-focused organisations
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
