This is a full-time, office-based role focused on daily administrative support and smooth office operations.Main ResponsibilitiesFront Office DutiesAnswering the main phone line and directing callsSorting, organising, and managing all incoming and outgoing postAdministrative & Support TasksPreparing and maintaining project handover filesSetting up and organising folders for new and existing sitesAssisting with documentation for audits and complianceManaging eFlow toll accounts and paymentsCoordinating company mobile phones, tracking usage and reviewing billsAssisting with setting up alarms/security systems for offices and sitesProviding general administrative support to company directorsSpecialised Admin DutiesManaging eTenders submissions and document uploadsUpdating company websites with relevant informationOrdering, maintaining, and tracking office stationery and suppliesGeneral Office ManagementFiling, scanning, digital organisation, and data entryEnsuring office records and documentation are kept up to dateSkills & ExperiencePrevious office administration experience preferredFriendly, reliable, and professional mannerStrong organisational and communication skillsGood attention to detailCompetent with Microsoft Office and general IT systemsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksJob Type: Full-timePay: €32,000.00-€34,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
