What You'll Do
1. Take full ownership of the restaurant's operations from pre-opening through launch and beyond.
2. Recruit, train, and inspire a talented team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
3. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus that reflect the concept's unique identity.
4. Implement service standards that align with 5-star expectations while embracing a fresh, contemporary approach.
5. Manage budgets, cost controls, and drive profitability.
6. Ensure compliance with HACCP and health & safety regulations.
7. Build strong relationships with guests and create a loyal following for the new concept.
What We're Looking For
8. Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a luxury or high-end dining environment.
9. Pre-opening experience is a plus, but not essential.
10. Strong leadership and team-building skills.
11. A creative mindset with a passion for food trends and guest experience.
12. Commercial acumen with budgeting and cost control expertise.
13. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
