Who are we?
Radius Office is an established office furniture and fit-out company operating throughout Ireland and the UK. Alongside our core commercial business, we also operate our Moitif brand, supplying furniture to the residential and hospitality sectors. We are based in Dublin City Centre with a warehouse in South Dublin.
We are now seeking an experienced Part-Time Financial Controller to strengthen financial oversight across purchasing, stock, project delivery, margin control and management reporting.
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate has strong commercial finance experience within product-based businesses, interiors, construction supply, fit-out, or project-led environments. You should be comfortable with stock flows, margin analysis and the financial controls needed to support a busy multi-entity operation. This role suits someone who prefers part-time work while still operating at a senior level.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Produce monthly management accounts and variance analysis.
* Maintain and improve cashflow forecasting and financial planning.
* Oversee financial controls across purchasing, stock, inventory, and project costing.
* Ensure accurate posting of stock, direct costs, logistics and overheads.
* Review debtor and creditor balances and address issues promptly.
* Support budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis for management.
* Liaise with external accountants on statutory filings and compliance.
* Provide clear, actionable insights to management based on financial performance.
