MTM Engineering is an Electrical Engineering Company that specialises in electrical cable installation and terminating services for Data Centre and Pharmaceutical industries in Ireland and across Europe. We have a number of positions available in the Dublin and Leinster region for fully qualified electricians.DutiesCarry out all electrical and associated duties, including:• Carry out industrial electrical installation, maintenance and /or servicing work• Carry out glanding, terminating and testing of installed cables up to 4 Core 300mm2 SWA, A2 Cables up to 1C X 500mm2.• Good knowledge of drawings and cable schedules.• Supervising apprentices, assist with on-the-job training and development of staff as required• Liaise with all site teams to identify and close out on quality issues• Right first time work ethic.• Report known defects.• Have a comprehensive tool chest necessary to carry out industrial electrical installations.• Be flexible and willing to work in various locations throughout Ireland.• Any other duties, within reason and capability, as determined by management.Requirements• Qualified Electrician with a valid electrical certification• Minimum of 3 years' experience in industrial electrical installations and• Experience working in data centres is an advantage• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints• Familiarity with electrical codes and regulations• Excellent problem-solving skills• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work effectively in a team environment• Willingness to work flexible hours, as required
