Training Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Training Specialist to join our expanding team within the EMEA B2B Support division. This role will focus on delivering training programs and materials to educate business customers and partners on our services.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct training sessions for customers to ensure they are proficient in using our products and can maximise their benefits while tailoring content to different audience types and skill levels.
* Help create engaging and effective training materials, including guides, videos, webinars, and other resources to facilitate learning.
* Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars virtually, providing guidance on software usage, customisation, and optimisation.
* Engage with customers to assess training needs, gather feedback, and continuously improve our training programs and materials.
* Maintain accurate records of customer configurations, customisations, and communication to ensure a comprehensive understanding of each training.
* Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge and insights gained from training sessions, aiding in product enhancements and customer support.
Requirements
* 1+ years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably in a SaaS B2B environment or equivalent customer service environment.
* Must be bilingual, native French with English fluency (both verbal and written).
* Strong understanding of SaaS products and technologies.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to adapt training content to varying audience needs and skill levels.
