Job Opportunity: HR Recruitment Team Lead/Manager
Morgan McKinley is seeking a driven, organized and motivated HR Recruitment Team Lead/Manager to join their high performing recruitment team in Dublin.
The successful candidate will play a key part in expanding and developing the HR recruitment function, recruiting for a diverse portfolio of HR positions while leading and supporting a team of consultants.
This role requires achieving monthly and quarterly fee targets, sourcing candidates through advertising, search and networking, interviewing, selection and assessment of candidates, business development activity targeting new and existing clients, developing and maintaining an expert knowledge of the specialist sector and market recruited in, preparing candidates and clients for interview, ensuring that all clients and candidates receive the highest possible level of service, completing all candidate and client information on database system and ensuring all information is kept up to date.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience of working in agency recruitment or in sales, open to ambitious people with other backgrounds who are willing to learn.
* Strong organizational skills, requiring the ability to multitask.
* Outstanding communication and influencing/interpersonal skills.
* Professional/self-motivated demeanour and attitude, a team player.
* Entrepreneurial spirit and confident attitude, thriving under pressure and tight deadlines.
