Salary: €40,000 plus bonus
Contract: 12 FTC
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building strong customer relationships, and mentoring others in a supportive, fast-paced office.
This role is fully on-site. It's all about people, working closely with your teammates, supporting walk-in customers, and being part of a busy, collaborative office. You'll be at the heart of it all, making sure everything runs smoothly day to day.
What the role involves:
Hitting your own sales targets and helping the team do the same through cross-selling and up-selling
Supporting the Branch Manager with team coordination and day-to-day office tasks
Helping customers with quotes, queries, and the first step in any claims process
Working on renewals, commercial/agri policies, and following up on leads
Coaching and encouraging the rest of the team to keep performance high
Making sure processes are followed and documentation is up to scratch
A bit about you:
You've got your APA, CIP - is a must
You've worked in insurance and have sales experience.
Leadership experience would be amazing
You're confident chatting to customers
You're organised, friendly, and happy to roll up your sleeves to help out where needed
You're tech-savvy and able to pick up internal systems
