Our Client, one of Ireland's Premier Heating & Plumbing, Bathroom, Tile, and Laminate Flooring suppliers, is hiring an Internal Sales Executive
to keep their current customers happy and buying.
You'll work by phone/email/CRM—not field-based—managing a portfolio of installers, builders, designers, and past retail buyers.
Your day is about follow-ups, quotes, product advice, and converting warm opportunities.
What you'll do
Call and email
existing customers
to check upcoming projects, gather requirements, and book follow-ups
Prepare quotes and revisions (tiles, sanitaryware, brassware, wet rooms, UFH), including m2 take-offs & wastage
Proactively
reactivate lapsed accounts
and follow up on samples/abandoned quotes
Cross-sell/upsell alternatives when items are out of stock or over budget; protect margin
Maintain a tidy
CRM pipeline
: tasks, notes, next steps, and conversion tracking
Handle order processing, ETAs, backorders, and delivery coordination with warehouse/logistics
Work closely with the showroom team on complex specs and with purchasing on lead times
Collect reviews and referrals; resolve any issues quickly and professionally
What you'll bring
1–3+ years in internal sales, account management, telesales, or customer success (retail/building materials a plus)
Confident phone manner, excellent writing, and a service-first mindset
Comfortable with measurements and basic maths (m2, pack coverage, linear metres)
Strong organisation: you live by your call lists and follow-up tasks
Competent with POS/CRM and MS Office/Google Workspace
