We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Parts Advisor to join our team in Galway.
Key Responsibilities
Support the daily operations of the Spare Parts Department
Provide excellent customer service at the front counter and over the phone
Identify and respond to customer parts enquiries efficiently
Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflo
Receive, check, and record incoming deliveries for accuracy and quality
Prepare, pack, and dispatch outgoing orders
Create and manage associated documentation such as invoices and delivery notes
Assist in maintaining accurate stock records and participate in regular stock takes
Enter data into the company's inventory system
Keep the store area organised, tidy, and safe at all times
Requirements
Positive, proactive attitude with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good computer and data entry skills
Strong communication and organisational abilities
Previous experience in a spare parts, warehouse, or customer service role an advantage
Full, clean driver's licence required
Manual handling capability essential
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €27,000.00-€44,506.59 per year
