If you are looking for an environment where you can deliver high-quality engineering solutions, work on complex systems, and contribute to product innovation, this role will suit you.Talk to Cormac Spencer on for more infoSalary:€80kBenefits:Bonus (up to 10%), Annual Reviews, Healthcare, 25 days holidays, Flexible working hours, Pension (up to 10%), Gym, Canteen.Total Package: to €115k• Proven experience in the design and development of high-precision automated electro-mechanical systems• Integration of electromechanical sub-assemblies into complex systems (including fluidics, optics, sensing, electronics and software)• Experienced CAD designer with strong product lifecycle management (PLM) knowledge• Ability to deliver technical solutions that enhance product reliability and process capability• Familiarity with LEAN/Six Sigma principles (DOE, DFSS, Reliability Testing) to support robust design• Advantageous experience including:– Use of simulation tools (CFD, FEA etc.) to aid modelling and accelerate design maturity– Strong knowledge of GD&T and relevant standards– Developing and translating system requirements into clear functional specifications– Understanding of manufacturing and supplier processes (moulding, machining, casting, coating)– Knowledge of material properties for informed design decisions– Providing technical support across the full engineering value chain– Control systems engineering (motor tuning, PID control etc.)– Experience with Machinery Directive, CE Marking and related safety standards– Verification and Validation experienceRequirements to succeed in this role:• High-paced, driven individual with a strong passion for delivering solutions in partnership withstakeholders• Takes ownership and responsibility, with experience delivering effective solutions from conceptto implementation• Confident decision-maker who can drive progress when required• Strong team player who works well within a collaborative environment• Experience coaching and mentoring colleagues• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or Automation (Level 8+)with a minimum of 8 years' relevant experience.
