About the Role #LP
We're looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Administrator to join our Oil Office team in our Mayo office. As a member of Corrib Oil, you'll be part of a trusted household brand with over 35 years of experience in the Retail and Oil Distribution sectors.
What You'll Do
* Customer Engagement: Provide friendly, positive customer service by phone to attract sales and build relationships.
* Administrative Support: Maintain accurate and timely records for day-to-day operations.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with managers, sales representatives, and drivers to dispatch deliveries efficiently and on time.
* Order Processing: Manage oil orders and payments with precision.
* Customer Queries: Address inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
* Adaptability: Handle ad hoc duties as required to support the team.
What We're Looking For
* Communication Skills: The ability to connect with customers and colleagues to achieve results.
* Organisational Excellence: Strong teamwork, time management, and attention to detail.
* Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends and travel to other locations if needed.
* Driver's License: A full, clean driving license is required.
* Tech-Friendly: Knowledge of CODAS is an advantage but not essential—we'll provide training.
