Key Responsibilities Oversee groundworks operations, risks, contracts, and communications to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Lead site teams and collaborate with design teams, managing performance, quality, and budget alignment with the contract programme.
Resolve technical issues efficiently, produce high-quality calculations, and support the completion of civil works.
Plan and coordinate labour, materials, and plant resources.
Monitor costing and billing, assisting with valuations and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and procedural requirements for safe construction.
Maintain detailed project records, trackers, and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
Requirements Degree / Higher Diploma / HETAC qualification OR relevant trade background.
Significant site management experience on residential construction projects.
Strong understanding of residential developments and modern building regulations.
High attention to detail with a methodical, accurate approach to work.
Strong ownership mentality with proven ability to use initiative and work independently.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team-coordination skills.
Knowledge of certification standards and compliance requirements.
