Temporary Culinary Professional
We are currently seeking experienced culinary professionals to work in various kitchen environments across Galway and surrounding areas.
This role offers a diverse range of opportunities, allowing you to develop your skills and adapt to different menu styles and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing high-quality meals under pressure
* Maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards
* Supporting kitchen teams during busy periods
We require candidates with the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of two years' experience in fast-paced kitchens
2. Contract catering background is highly beneficial
Manual Handling and HACCP certifications (training can be arranged)
Flexible availability for varied shifts including evenings and weekends (optional) The ability to learn new systems quickly. We provide training so that our staff may have continuous learning outcomes.
