Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of a Supermarket store alongside the existing management team
2. Drive sales growth, improve margins, and maintain high operational and brand standards
3. Control costs and expenses while maximising store profitability
4. Identify and develop opportunities for business expansion, including a convenience store
5. Lead, motivate, train, and retain staff, fostering a high-performance culture
6. Ensure excellent customer experience and compliance with company standards
Requirements:
7. Minimum 3 year's senior management experience in a grocery retail store
8. Proven track record of driving sales, margins, and cost efficiencies
9. Strong leadership and people management skills with a focus on training and staff retention
10. Highly hands-on, operationally focused, and commercially minded
11. Flexible approach to working hours to suit business and market demands
