Role Description
This full-time Administrative Assistant role involves providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. Responsibilities include managing correspondence, maintaining schedules, answering phone calls, and supporting executives with day-to-day tasks. The role is hybrid, based in Dublin, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
* Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
* Experience in providing Executive Administrative Assistance
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities
* Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
* Proficiency with standard office software and tools
* Prior experience in the construction or related industry is a plus
* A diploma or bachelor's degree in administration or a related field is preferred
