Senior Occupational Therapist Cpl Healthcare, in partnership with a residential care service for children and young people, is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join its multidisciplinary therapeutic team.
This Monaghan-based service supports young people with complex emotional, behavioural and developmental needs using a trauma-informed, evidence-based model.
About the Role The Senior Occupational Therapist will: Provide high-quality, child-centred occupational therapy within a trauma-informed framework.
Complete assessments, formulate therapeutic plans, and deliver individual and group interventions.
Collaborate closely with social care teams and contribute to multidisciplinary formulations.
Support service development, supervise junior staff, and contribute to training across the organisation.
Maintain professional standards, documentation, and involvement in CPD, audits and quality improvement.
What We're Looking For CORU-registered Occupational Therapist with 5+ years post-graduate experience, ideally in paediatrics.
Strong clinical reasoning and experience with complex needs.
Training or interest in Sensory Integration and/or Sensory Attachment approaches (desirable).
Experience delivering training or therapeutic programmes.
Full clean driving licence and access to own care.
