Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and segment key accounts, including corporate, MICE, retail leisure, business and leisure groups, airline, FIT, luxury, and OTAs
* Oversee hotel website management and marketing initiatives
* Leverage social media channels for engagement
* Pursue public relations opportunities
* Develop and execute offline marketing strategies
* Drive commercial strategy and execution
* Lead and manage a high-performing sales team
