Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow export sales of beef products across European markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, customers, and partners
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to increase market share
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to maximise profitability
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategy
Requirements
Proven experience in beef trading and international meat sales
Fluent in English and Italian; Spanish is highly desirable
Strong understanding of export compliance, logistics, and European meat markets
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing multiple accounts
