Construction Planner Role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Planner to join our team. As a key member of our construction planning team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects are planned and executed in accordance with our standards and guidelines.
* Validate lead times with suppliers and integrate them into the project schedule.
* Contribute to value engineering and buildability reviews to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
* Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations, planning permissions, and health and safety legislation.
Requirements
* Degree or diploma in Construction Management or Engineering.
* Minimum 3-5 years' experience in planning within residential construction.
