Cpl are currently working with a leader in the IT sector who are seeking an experienced Finance Director to join their leadership team and drive strategic financial planning, compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement 3-year financial plans and models
2. Oversee cash flow, tax planning, and risk mitigation
3. Lead audit, compliance, and governance processes
4. Manage AP, AR, payroll, and reporting
5. Build and lead a high-performing finance team
Requirements:
6. Qualified Accountant with 5+ years in a Finance Director/CFO role
7. Strong experience in strategic planning, treasury, and compliance
8. Proven leadership and change management skills
9. Knowledge of Dynamics and BI tools is an advantage
