Overview

Are you passionate about building community connections and driving meaningful change? As a Regional Development Officer, you'll play a vital role in supporting volunteer-led fundraising efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a people-focused role, loves to foster relationships, and is driven to make a real impact. 12 month fixed term contract

Your Responsibilities:

* Build and nurture relationships with local volunteer fundraising Branches.
* Provide administrative and operational support to Branches, ensuring best practices are followed.
* Partner with volunteers to coordinate successful fundraising events and campaigns.
* Recruit, train, and develop volunteers to empower them in achieving their goals.
* Create and manage engaging social media content to boost awareness and engagement.
* Own income targets, track fundraising activities, and maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
* Research and develop innovative fundraising opportunities tailored to Branch needs.

* Experience: A proven background in sales, project management, or fundraising.
* Self-Starter: Independent and innovative with a talent for forging lasting community relationships.
* Organisational Skills: Strong multitasking, time management, and planning capabilities.
* People Person: Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate volunteers.
* Results-Driven: A flair for business development and a track record of achieving goals.
* Communication Pro: A skilled storyteller who can connect with diverse stakeholders.
* Flexibility: Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally work evenings or weekends.

Requirements:
