Benefit is growing, and we are currently searching for a Full-time Counter Manager to make real connections in Frasers Newbridge!
Responsibilities
* Management – Managing Brow and Beauty Experts by motivating staff, delegating roles, ensuring sales targets are met, and maintaining high customer service standards.
* Sales Goals – Achieving counter and service sales targets, making connections with customers, and demonstrating products.
* Brow Services – Providing waxing, tinting, and tweezing to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat bookings.
* Teamwork – Conducting daily team meetings, effective communication, and recognizing positive work to motivate the team and achieve targets.
* Promotion and Events – Creating in-store and external events, including new product launches and charity events, to build business.
* Stock Management – Keeping the counter stocked and reporting concerns immediately.
* Communication – Facilitating communication between store/department managers and area managers.
* Administration – Managing daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly administrative tasks, and assisting with area manager administration when needed.
* Staff Rotas – Preparing fair staff rotas monthly.
* Hygiene and Housekeeping – Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
Qualifications & Benefits
Qualifications: Minimum 6 months management experience, flexible availability including weekends, late nights, bank holidays, and holiday periods. Passion for make-up and retail, result-oriented, enthusiastic, and customer-focused.
