We're hiring an Outbound Business Development Representative to join a high-performing SaaS team in Dublin, working with strong sales leadership and a clear development structure.
The Opportunity
This is a pure outbound BDR role in a team that invests heavily in development and progression.
Learn best-in-class outbound and prospecting strategies
Partner closely with experienced AEs (you generate, they close)
Build high-quality pipeline in a structured environment
Clear path into an AE role
What You'll Be Doing
Identify and engage high-potential prospects across the DACH market
Build pipeline through outbound activity (calls, email, LinkedIn)
Qualify opportunities and pass them to Account Executives
Personalise messaging and continuously test approaches
Consistently hit and exceed monthly pipeline targets
Collaborate closely with AEs on account strategy
What We're Looking For
1+ year experience as a BDR/SDR (SaaS or MarTech preferred)
Fluent German + English
Strong outbound mindset and resilience
Coachable, curious, and driven to progress into AE
Someone who wants more structure, learning, and growth
