We are seeking an experienced and skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time permanent role offering excellent benefits.

Our client sources, produces, and sells a range of commodity fertilizers, as well as specialty fertilizer and soil conditioning products. They also sell animal mineral blocks and bio-stimulants.
\
\
\
As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:
\
\
1. Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients in the agricultural industry.
\
2. Developing and maintaining relationships with local co-ops and merchants.
\
3. Providing technical advice and support to farmers regarding our range of products and soil sustainability program.
\
4. Attending trade shows and other industry events to promote our products and services.
\
5. Collaborating with other team members to achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
\
6. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
\
\
\
The ideal candidate will have:
\
\
7. Commercial knowledge and sales advisory skills experience.
\
8. A background in farming or relevant qualification.
\
9. The ability to work hard to succeed in a rapidly changing market-place.
\
10. Technical skills and an ability to create and close sales opportunities.
\
11. High motivation and drive to succeed in a challenging direct sales environment.
\
12. A full driver's license.
\
13. Graduates with Level 7 or above degrees considered.
\
14. Knowledge of the region.
\
