Due to continued growth, new contracts and an extensive pipeline of work, one of Irelands top Developer/Builders are hiring a Site Manager for projects in Dublin. We are particularly interested in candidates with Site Management experience in housing development, whether gained in Ireland or the UK Duties: Ensure that all project activities adhere to established planning, health and safety, and environmental standards, while maintaining a commitment to high-quality outcomes. Take on the comprehensive responsibility for the project's progress, commencing from the tender stage and extending through construction to the final handover. Collaborate with the broader team, including quantity surveyors, to effectively manage and monitor the project budget. Put together comprehensive project plans, encompassing elements such as scheduling, program management, and risk assessment. Serve as the conduit for vital information dissemination to site teams, crucial stakeholders, and collaborative partners within your assigned project area. Oversee the site team, both directly and indirectly, to ensure that the project is executed according to the planned timeline Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Site Management roles within the purview of either a primary contractor or a developer. Prior exposure to high-volume housing projects is highly advantageous, particularly those encompassing 40 units or more. Well-documented history of successful oversight in the management of extensive, high-quality housing ventures, whether within Ireland or the UK. Adept at spearheading and guiding teams effectively. Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of work. Proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory, and eligibility to work in Ireland is a requisite.
