Facilities Management Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Professional to join our team in Cork, Ireland.
* Evaluate and optimize plant facilities to meet customer and production requirements.
* Provide technical support for operations and validated processes in the manufacture of medical devices.
The ideal candidate will possess a Level 8 degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Engineering or equivalent work experience in a related field. Strong computer literacy in MS Office as well as BMS/EMS and Engineering control systems is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilities Management
* Commission and validate facilities clean room systems and utilities.
* Be the subject matter expert for Environmental monitoring systems in the cleanrooms and general plant.
Technical Support
* Provide technical support for HVAC systems with reverse osmosis humidification, LPHW, chiller, and gas-fired boilers.
* Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure timely resolution of technical problems.
Collaboration and Communication
* Work closely with the facilities manager to prioritize and schedule work.
* Support new product installations and facility changes as required.
