Compliance Manager – Dublin, Ireland – Full-time Permanent

Role Summary
The Compliance Manager will contribute to the delivery of the annual compliance plan and new business initiatives, reporting to a Senior Manager. Dynamic, practical, and results-driven, you will support the firm’s obligations under Market Abuse Regulations and assist with regulatory advice, training, and reporting.
Responsibilities
* Deliver relevant aspects of the Compliance Framework and Monitoring Plan as delegated by the Chief Compliance Officer or Senior Compliance staff.
* Support the firm’s Market Abuse obligations, including trade surveillance and inside information management.
* Provide regulatory advice on an ad‑hoc basis or through project working groups.
* Deliver training in line with the annual compliance training plan.
* Prepare periodic reports for the Chief Compliance Officer.
* Assist Senior Managers in reviewing and updating relevant policies and procedures.
* Perform gap analysis on incoming regulatory changes, communicate changes to the business.
* Work on Central Bank of Ireland requests and inspections with the wider compliance team.
* Proactively identify issues or enhancements, drive change collaboration across departments.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a MiFID‑facing firm preferred.
* Market Abuse experience preferred but not strictly required.
* Minimum 5 years of compliance or risk experience.
* Understanding of applicable regulations to Cantor Fitzgerald Ireland.
* Previous experience dealing with the Central Bank of Ireland preferred.
* Interest in markets and trading.
* Willingness to learn, ambitious, and team‑player.
* Investigative experience an advantage.

Qualifications
* Professional Diploma in Compliance or willingness to complete same over time.
* Third‑level qualification (business or law preferred).

* Willingness to complete additional qualifications to become a subject‑matter expert.
This is a Control Function (CF2) role as per the Central Bank of Ireland Fitness & Probity Standards.
