You'll sit at the intersection of
Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing
— helping convert inbound demand into long-term customers, supporting onboarding, and creating high-impact sales collateral.
What You'll Do
Customer Success & Marketing
* Launch outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, webinars/events)
* Create content — one-pagers, case studies, demo videos, social posts
* Maintain CRM hygiene: pipelines, tags, dashboards, and performance reports
Sales Execution
* Qualify leads and schedule demos with strong discovery notes
* Join or lead sales calls with clear follow-ups
* Support onboarding (EHR forms, go-live checklists, vendor details)
* Draft proposals, quotes, and procurement/security documents
* Track pipeline forecasts and meet key performance metrics
How We Measure Success
* Outreach productivity (meetings booked, sequence completion)
* Funnel conversions (discovery → demo → close)
* Faster onboarding and checklist completion
* CRM accuracy (≥98%)
* Customer health (NPS/CSAT)
* Delivered collateral (3–5 usable sales/CS assets)
Who You Are
Education: MBA or MSc (Marketing, Digital, Analytics, Management, or Finance)
Skills:
* Strong written & verbal communication
* Proficiency with CRM/spreadsheets (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Sheets)
* Curious about AI & health-tech; quick learner
* Highly organized, action-oriented
Bonus Points for:
* B2B SaaS or healthcare experience
* EHR/RCM familiarity
* Light design skills (Canva, Figma)
