The Role
We are currently recruiting a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in a successful sports retail store in Ennis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced retail leader to take full responsibility for store performance and staff development.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and inspire a team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets
* Manage all aspects of store operations, including staff scheduling, stock control, and visual merchandising
* Recruit, train, and develop team members to support career progression and strong performance
* Analyse sales reports and implement strategies to drive commercial success
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
* Act as a brand ambassador and maintain a strong presence on the shop floor
About You
* Proven retail management experience, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or sports retail
* Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving team performance
* Highly organised with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Commercially minded, target-driven, and passionate about customer experience
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
* Full visa to work in Ireland full time
