Reporting into the HR Business Partner, you will provide HR support across the full employee lifecycle.
Duties include: Leading on all employee relations cases ie.
investigations for disciplinaries and grievances Liaising with managers to facilitate and deliver training Manage on performance management activities ie.
conducting performance reviews Assisting in rolling out company-wide engagement initiatives Monitoring levels of absence management across the organisation Organising occupational health appointments and managing long-term sick cases Assist with end to end recruitment ie.
conducting interviews when required Addressing HR queries raised in HR inbox, employees and departmental managers What will you require as HR Advisor? Minimum of 3 years Human Resources experience Skilled in leading on employee relations cases, monitoring attendance and conducting performance reviews.
Proficient in implementing engagement initiatives, utilising HRIS Systems and addressing HR queries.
