Welditz is a precision engineering company based in Inishowen, Co. Donegal. We specialise in laser profiling, welding, and sheet metal fabrication, supplying industries such as medtech, life sciences, marine, and construction.
We are now looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to lead our growth in Northern Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional with an engineering background to represent a growing, ambitious business.
The Role
As Sales & Marketing Executive, you will:
* Develop new business opportunities across Northern Ireland.
* Build strong client relationships in medtech, life sciences, marine, and industrial sectors.
* Generate and follow up on enquiries, converting them into long-term partnerships.
* Liaise with our Donegal HQ to ensure smooth order handling and excellent client service.
* Support our engineering team during client visits.
* Promote Welditz at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
What We're Looking For
* Proven new business sales experience (essential).
* Engineering background with knowledge of sheet metal fabrication (essential).
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven.
* Flexible and adaptable approach.
* Full clean driver's licence with willingness to travel across Northern Ireland.
