My Client is a leading Irish FMCG company that specializes in the Healthy Foods Category and have grown 10-15% year on year in the last 3 years. Due to continued success and a promotion they are now looking to recruit aSALES REPto join the business. If you want to be part of an Irish Owned business that operates in the Healthy Foods Category and work on some fantastic reputable brands and be immersed in the Health Foods channel- well this is a must for consideration My Client has a genuine collaborative culture ( I was fortunate to place the Marketing Manager in the position over 4 years ago and she said" Denis I really enjoy it here- people are approachable and its very much an all in approach "I had a really good conversation with Michael – the Managing Director ( Michael is very much a selling point to the opportunity- personable, fair, very passionate about the business) He said " Asyou know Denis we are in the middle of a 5 year strategy and we are currently on track to deliver that.- as you know this role has come about due to a promotion which conveys our approach of pushing people in their career. I am looking for someone who can take on the baton - from Trisha- who has done an amazing job- and partner with our key customers; build the relationships and spot opportunities to drive further sales and distribution."NB-To be considered for this role,ideally you must have experience of working in the Healthy Foods trade/ sector experience-.Key Responsibilities:Ensuring customer satisfaction and developing new business leadsMaximising key brand awareness and communicating new opportunities to our customersLiaising with our customers on special offers and other promotionsGenerating growth of market share through strategic analysis of sales and opportunitiesMonitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, listings etc.Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutionsCommunicating with the Directors on all sales and operations issuesKey RequirementsPrevious experience in FMCG sales is essential and a passion for health is a big plusExcellent communication & customer care skillsAn ability to quickly gain an understanding of the company's extensive product portfolioThird level qualification in business, marketing or sales preferable but not essentialFull clean driving licenseExperience of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & OutlookPersonality ProfileAn outgoing personality capable of communicating effectively with a wide variety of customers and colleaguesSomeone with great attention to detailEnthusiasm and energy for the role must be evidentMust have presence and be well presentedFor more information please contact me on or give me a call on for further information.
