About the Role
Reporting to the Leisure Club Manager, the successful applicant will play a key role in shaping our members' and guests' experiences within our revitalised leisure facilities.
Our trainers are more than instructors, they're leaders, motivators, and community builders.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct fitness assessments and design results-driven programmes for members.
Monitor member progress and update programmes to ensure continued success.
Promote and upsell memberships, highlighting the benefits of our enhanced facilities.
Instruct and Lead our wide range of classes
Space to develop your own classes within our timetable
Engage with members to foster a strong sense of community.
Provide pool and gym supervision during peak times.
Enforce leisure centre policies to maintain safety and standards.
Assist with the cleaning and tidying of all leisure areas, including poolside, changing rooms, and toilets.
Requirements
NCEF Qualification or equivalent is essential.
Lifeguard qualification is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
A genuine desire to develop your career within the fitness and leisure industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience teaching a variety of fitness classes such as circuits, spinning, boot camp, or step is an advantage.
Swimming instruction experience and/or pool lifeguard experience is a plus.
First Aid certification is an advantage.
A proactive approach to supporting the development and delivery of fitness programmes.
Passionate about helping members reach their individual goals.
