Job Title: Senior Systems Analyst
Job Description:
As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for overseeing the software management lifecycle for all enterprise and critical applications deployed across our facilities. Your role will involve the on-going assessment, design, development, and implementation of administrative and clinical systems.
You will work closely with project managers to complete requirements documentation in accordance with project schedules. Additionally, you will plan, organize, facilitate, and lead meetings and workgroups, as well as oversee and execute follow-up activities.
Some of your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining tools and processes to effectively manage the full lifecycle of our software applications. You will also define external interfaces, constraints, quality issues, and other non-functional requirements.
Furthermore, you will partner with project managers to complete requirements documentation in accordance with project schedules. You will also plan, coordinate, and support unit acceptance testing and subsequent deployments in coordination with other team leaders.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this role include ensuring that all software applications are properly managed, maintained, and upgraded. You will also be responsible for documenting changes to baseline requirements through standard change control processes.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. They will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. 5-7 years of total related experience, including three years in a senior or lead role
2. Degree or certification in information technology, software life cycle management, or significant training in the support and maintenance of enterprise-level applications
3. Experience supporting patient administration systems, electronic medical record systems, cardiology applications, radiology/PACS systems
4. Experience with HL7, FHIR, API integration technologies

Qualifications & Experience:
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in IT and software development. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a hospital or clinic setting, preferably with a healthcare organization.
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required. The successful candidate will also have relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or Cisco CCNA, and experience working with various software applications and programming languages.
Additionally, they will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions, are also essential for this role.
