Area Manager
to lead a portfolio of stores, develop Store Managers, and drive exceptional operational and financial performance across your region.

The Opportunity
As Area Manager, you will take full ownership of your district, leading Store Managers to deliver operational excellence, maximise sales, and create consistently outstanding customer experiences across multiple locations.
This role requires a hands-on, strategic, and highly driven leader who can inspire teams, challenge performance, and implement improvements across all aspects of store operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a portfolio of retail stores within your district
Coach, mentor, and develop Store Managers to maximise performance
Drive district sales, profitability, and KPI achievement
Foster a positive, high-performing culture across all locations
Analyse performance data and implement action plans for improvement
Optimise stock management and stock movement across stores
Conduct regular operational audits and cash/compliance checks
Support store openings, refurbishments, and re-openings
Develop annual business plans and staffing structures for your district
Ensure successful implementation of business strategy and operational initiatives
What We're Looking For
Proven retail management experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership and people development capability
Commercially astute with KPI and performance management expertise
Excellent planning, organisational, and analytical skills
Ability to motivate and influence teams across multiple sites
Flexible, proactive, and highly results driven
Full clean driving licence essential
Previous multi-site / Area Manager experience advantageous

for Trainee Area Manager
Rising to €88,500
, with progression up to
€114,000 after 3 years
