The Broker Support Lead is a pivotal role within our organisation, responsible for delivering exceptional service to broker partners while fostering close working relationships with internal business units. This position requires a proactive and energetic approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve departmental targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-quality service and support to broker partners
2. Manage the broker support team, assign tasks, performance management, training, QA coaching and mentoring
3. Generate new business opportunities according to sales plans by interacting with and negotiating with broker partners
4. Respond promptly and effectively to telephone and email enquiries from brokers
