About the Role
You will be part of a collaborative and dynamic team working on designing, building, and maintaining web applications that directly influence how the company’s clients engage with their platforms. As a Principal Front End Engineer, your role will focus on leading the front-end development of scalable, high-performance web applications, ensuring they are user-friendly, efficient, and aligned with business needs.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in front-end engineering, along with a passion for creating seamless and intuitive user experiences. You should have:
* Proven experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
* Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and an ability to design user interfaces that deliver a seamless experience.
* Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, deploying code changes quickly and safely.
* Familiarity with state management frameworks such as Redux, NgRx, or similar.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with UX/UI designers, back-end engineers, and product teams.
* Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to a broad audience.
