We are seeking a Solutions Consultant (Solutions Engineer) to serve as the technical advisor throughout our enterprise sales cycles. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex business challenges and scalable technical solutions, demonstrating how our platform drives meaningful business transformation for our customers.
Responsibilities
Solution Architecture: Collaborate with cross-functional account teams to design technical solutions that directly address strategic client objectives.
Technical Discovery: Lead structural discovery sessions with prospects to uncover operational pain points and map them to actionable technical recommendations.
Value Demonstration: Deliver compelling, value-driven solution presentations and technical demonstrations to decision-makers and executive stakeholders.
Strategic Partnership: Build trusted relationships with client business and technical leaders, guiding them through their digital transformation journey.
Performance Excellence: Take ownership of technical sales goals within an environment focused on objective, measurable success metrics and collaborative development.
Product Expertise: Maintain deep, up-to-date knowledge of the Salesforce platform ecosystem and industry trends to provide unique point-of-view perspectives.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience analyzing complex operational problems and developing structured, creative solutions.
Demonstrated ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong interpersonal skills with a history of building collaborative relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Ability to adapt effectively to evolving business priorities and travel occasionally based on client needs.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Professional fluency in both German and English (written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in solution engineering, technical consulting, system implementation, or professional corporate training.
Familiarity with cloud computing concepts, enterprise SaaS architectures, or customer relationship management (CRM) deployment models.
