Production Lead
A key role for a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our high-performing team in Galway.

Key Responsibilities:
* To provide effective supervision of people which includes headcount planning recruitment selection training development timekeeping attendance resolution of issues timely completion annual performance appraisals.
* To monitor maintain production KPIs showing actual line performance against standard workstation throughput yield schedule adherence.
* To account variances accurate reporting downtime defect analysis required specifications products meet quality assurance standards processes ensure compliance all company H S policies fully maintained workforce monitoring coordinate training development place competent versatile workforce motivating individuals teams encourage continuous improvement projects positive impact GMIL operations manage inventory levels efficiently store raw materials components needed reducing overstocking ongoing administration duties metrics Time Attendance system holiday planning collaborating logistics engineering ensure efficient operation.
