International Recruitment Consultant
We are seeking an experienced recruitment consultant to join our team in Dublin. As an international recruiter, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients across Europe, with a focus on the German market.
The ideal candidate should have a strong commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience in 360° functions (business development and recruitment). Fluency in German and English is required, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key responsibilities include:
* Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients
* Market Definition: Possibility to work across all of Europe and in various industries
* Prospecting for New Clients: Key accounts, SMEs, start-ups…
* Negotiation of Commercial Conditions
* Customer Relationship Management
* Detection of New Opportunities
* Responsibility for the Full Recruitment Cycle
* Sourcing on Internal and External Databases and Social Networks
* Direct Approach
* Drafting of Advertisements on Various Job Boards
* Video Interviews with Candidates Throughout Europe
* Presentation of the Selected Candidates to the Client
