We are seeking a skilled Procurement Coordinator to manage various aspects of contract administration.
Key Responsibilities
* Order & Requisition Management: Process material and service requisitions, verify proof of delivery documentation, and maintain up-to-date purchase order records.
* Returns & Compliance: Coordinate returns to headquarters, ensure full compliance with company management systems, and quality procedures.
* Documentation & Communication: Maintain organized records of correspondence, drawings, and other project documentation.
* Commercial Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Commercial Team with tender submissions, cost tracking, and report preparation.
* Payroll & Timesheet Coordination: Collect, verify, and process weekly timesheets for submission to Finance.
* Data & Reporting: Validate data accuracy before submission to Finance and Commercial departments.
* Procurement & Deliveries: Check supplier delivery schedules and verify goods received against purchase orders.
* Site & Logistics Coordination: Assist with site pre-planning and ensure all purchase orders and supporting documents are in place.
Required Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A minimum Ordinary Level Leaving Certificate (or equivalent)
* Excellent written and spoken English skills
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with ability to use VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
* Previous experience in a similar role or construction site office
* High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
