Account Executive for Marketing Automation
We are seeking a driven Account Executive to join our team in Dublin, where you will take ownership of the full sales cycle – from initial qualification to close.
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a high-velocity sales pipeline across the DACH market and running full-cycle SaaS sales: qualifying, demoing, influencing, and closing deals.
Our ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a new-business focused AE role within MarTech or SaaS and proven success selling to C-level or senior marketing stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing a high-velocity sales pipeline across the DACH market
* Running full-cycle SaaS sales: qualifying, demoing, influencing, and closing deals
* Advising e-commerce and retail clients on scalable, data-driven marketing solutions
Requirements:
* 2 years of experience in a new-business focused AE role within MarTech or SaaS
* Proven success selling to C-level or senior marketing stakeholders
* Strong understanding of e-commerce or D2C/retail brand challenges
* Fluent in German or Polish and English (written and spoken)
* Full work authorization to work in Ireland
