With a continued record of growth and stability, we're on the constant lookout for fresh talent to join our expanding teams.As a member of an established analytics team, you will provide analytics and insights that support the Optum Rx Manufacturer Discounts Finance team in achieving accuracy in pharmacy and medical billing, as well as enhancing rebate collection by identifying billing and rejection opportunities. The team also provides comprehensive analytics and insights related to 340B programs across the billing portfolio, facilitating both operational and executive decision-making.You will be technically accomplished with a quantitative mindset, a solid aptitude for complex problem-solving, and a keen eye for process improvement. Your curiosity will drive you to seek innovative ways to analyze data and challenge existing practices.Careers with Optum offer flexible work arrangements and individuals who live and work in the Republic of Ireland will have the opportunity to split their monthly work hours between our Dublin or Letterkenny office and telecommuting from a home-based office in a hybrid work model.Primary Responsibilities:Leverage analytics and modelling insights to understand the factors driving client financial performanceCollaborate with stakeholders and experts to ensure analyses address business needs, anticipating and solving issues proactivelySupport integration efforts for existing models and develop new models to support client scenarios analysisEfficiently deliver on ad-hoc analysis requests from a wide range of stakeholdersDevelop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings clearly and effectivelyYou will be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role, as well as providing development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Degree Qualified (BA, BSc) in relevant field (analytics, mathematics, economics, business, statistics, engineering, or finance) or equivalent experienceDemonstrated knowledge of SQL, Databricks, Python, PowerBI, DAX with the ability to perform effective and efficient querying involving multiple tables and subqueriesProven experience in analyzing and interpreting large volumes of data from disparate sources, with the ability to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the analysesProven ability to partner with business teams to solve complex problemsProficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Excel / PowerPointDemonstrated effective communication skills, able to collaborate with stakeholders from multiple levels and disciplinesProven solid analytical and problem-solving abilitiesDemonstrates accuracy and attention to detailPreferred Qualifications:Healthcare, PBM or Pharma experiencePlease note you must currently be eligible to work and remain indefinitely without any restrictions in the country to which you are making an application.
