An outstanding chance to take on a lead role within a growing financial services firm in Dublin. You will be responsible for identifying the potential credit impact of legal issues, transaction structures and documentation.
The focus will be on the Infrastructure and Private Credit markets with an emphasis on Project Finance transactions. Your duties will include reviewing financing documents across all relevant asset/investment class-level documents, participating in credit committee meetings and coordinating with analysts.
Requirements:
* A qualified legal professional with at least 4 years post-qualified experience;
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team;
