Dutch Business Development Professional

As part of our high-performing team, you'll play a critical role in generating high-quality leads and driving business growth across the Benelux region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities
* Engage with potential clients through phone calls and email outreach
* Develop strong relationships and effectively communicate the value proposition of innovative digital solutions
* Manage existing client accounts and tailor solutions to meet customer needs
* Arrange meetings and introductory calls between prospects and our sales team
* Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
* Become an expert in our product suite and articulate its business impact
Requirements:
* Full professional fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
* A self-motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment
* Proven track record of hitting sales targets or KPIs
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous experience in sales or business development is essential (ideally in tech or SaaS)
* Able to manage your own pipeline and work independently
* Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, as well as outreach platforms like Sales Loft
