le:The Head of Quality defines and leads the Quality Assurance function for our fintech products, ensuring rigorous Manual QA governance while designing, implementing, and scaling Automation QA processes. The role is accountable for risk-based test strategy, test design standards, release quality gates, and the selection and adoption of automation frameworks and tooling integrated into CI/CD. Partnering with Engineering, Product, and Compliance, the Head of Quality safeguards release reliability, regulatory alignment and delivery velocity across payments and tax workflows, while developing the capabilities and performance of the QA organizati
